Applicants of Chinese Government Scholarship shall consult the dispatching authorities at home country for scholarship details and application instructions and send required application documents to receiving agencies.

Confucius Institutes (independently set-up Confucius Classrooms), overseas Chinese test centers, educational and cultural offices (sections) of Chinese Embassies (Consulates), host institutes and institutions of higher education in those countries with no Confucius Institutes are entrusted by Hanban as the recommending institutions of Confucius Institute Scholarship.

For the application of Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship and Jiangxi Normal University Scholarship, all documents shall be sent to Jiangxi Normal University directly.
