一、General Introduction

There are two residence buildings for international students in Hexi campus-International Exchange Center and International Students’ Apartment (No.14 Building).

1. There are nine floors in International Exchange Center, and usually the international students live in the fifth and sixth floor. All the rooms are double rooms. The reception desk is located in the second floor.

2. There are three floors in International Students’ Apartment, and the international students live in the first floor. All the rooms are double rooms. The reception desk is located in the first floor.

二、Facilities and Supplies

1. There are two beds, two desk lamps, two wardrobes, one television, one air-conditioner, washroom, electric water heater, wastepaper basket, etc. in the room of International Exchange Center. There is a public kitchen and a laundry in every floor.

Kitchen is equipped with electromagnetic oven, microwave oven, cooker, refrigerator and other appliances, and laundry is equipped with washing machine. The students should take the washing card to use the washing machine.

2. Without public kitchen, the facilities are the same as in the International Students’ Apartment.

Exchange Center: RMB 36 Yuan/day for one bed,

72 Yuan /day for one room

International Students’ Apartment: RMB 26 Yuan/day for one bed,

52 Yuan/day for one room

The international students should pay the fee by semester.

Brief Introduction to International Students’ Accommodation in TEDA Campus

一、General Introduction

The international students in TEDA campus live in the Teachers’ Apartment, which is a building with seventeen floors, and the international students mainly live in building 1-1 and 1-2. Usually two or three students share one room.

二、Facilities and Supplies

There are beds, desks, wardrobes, TV bench, television, air-conditioner, electric water heater, kitchen, washroom, etc. in the room. Besides, there is gas cooker, cupboard, etc. in the kitchen.

三、Internet Access

There is network service in the apartment.

四、Fees

1.Room Fee: The room fee is determined by the room area and the number of students who share it. It is about RMB 600 Yuan/month. If you live there for the first time, you should pay about RMB 1000 Yuan for deposit.

2. Electricity Fee, Water Fee, and Gas Fee: The international students can charge their electric card according to their need.（Conduct by yourself）
