► Application Form to Southwest University (in duplicate, including one photocopy)

► Highest education certificate (photocopy)

► Two photocopies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Applicants keep the original form for study visa application.)

Bachelor’s Degree Programs

►Application Form to Southwest University (in duplicate, including one photocopy)

►Photocopies of high school diploma and transcript. Such documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized copies in Chinese or English.

► (for non-English speakers) photocopy of IELTS (not less than 6) or Internet-based TOEFL (not less than 80) certificate

►Two recent photos (white background, in passport size). Please write down the applicant’s name and major at the back of the photo

►Photocopy of the applicant’s passport

►Two photocopies of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Applicants keep the original form for study visa application.)

Master’s Degree Programs

►Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors with their signatures

►Study and research plan in English (no less than 800 words)

►Two recent photos (white background, in passport size). Please write down the applicant’s name and major at the back of the photo.

Doctoral Degree Programs
